The Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) is a great way to explore and discover what Microsoft Office 365 is all about, in a hands-on and interactive way. Unlike canned demos, these non-technical sessions put business and IT leaders in the driver's seat.
With guidance from our CIE certified facilitators and access to an environment that’s populated with data, files, personas, and Microsoft solutions you can walk through common work scenarios at your own pace. Some of those scenarios include:
- Collaborating with co-workers on-site and off-site on the most recent versions of documents
- Sharing information and communicating with others efficiently
- Managing an email inbox that takes up valuable time
- Keeping documents and communications secure and safe from threats
You will leave your session with clarity as to how these solutions can help overcome your unique business challenges. Here's what else you can expect:
- No demos or sales pitches!
- A 1.5- 3-hour Productivity or Security & Compliance focused session guided by one of our certified CIE trained facilitators
- A uniquely customized experience based on your interests and business priorities
- A pre-session meeting with your facilitator to learn about your business and ensure the CIE is right for your team*
